The Old Mule

A view from my back porch...

  Summers heat finds home across the old farm just as it has for decades now. Long awaited rain showers also find there place just like clockwork to feed our thirsty land for the next burst of growth to come. This reoccurring cycle is a welcome friend among the big oaks that stand alongside of the old farmhouse. Everything in its place, timed with the precession that can only come from above. Our thoughts have already made plans for our fall garden that will carry us into winters edge.....Dan
